Mentorship

WHAT MENTORING WITH ALLIE CAN LOOK LIKE

Support from someone who gets it

Growing up can feel overwhelming. Your brain is still developing, friendships shift, expectations rise, and it can feel like everyone else has it figured out.

I offer mentoring because I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner, someone who listens without judgement, understands pressure, and helps you build the tools to navigate it.

I work with people 8 and over to strengthen self awareness, build steady confidence, understand their emotions, and develop the resilience to handle pressure in school, sport, and life. My mentoring is a safe, supportive space to talk things through, reset, and grow.

What’s Included:

  • 30 minute complimentary intro call (parent + young person)

  • 45–60 minute 1:1 mentoring sessions

  • 3 session package

  • 6 session package

  • Personalised reflection exercises and practical tools

  • Support and strategies to apply between sessions

  • In-person (Sydney) or online via Zoom

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THE WORKSHOP & WHY?

  • Taylor

My favourite part of the workshop was when we were looking over the different emotions we feel on the court and how we can overcome them.

  • Sophie

I loved learning about the different nutrients and how they can aid my body’s strength and energy, ultimately boosting my performance on the court. This knowledge is going to be really useful for state titles and to carry out in other pathways.

  • Jessa

I loved how the things that were talked about on the mental health part was really relatable and it wasn’t just a success story but it actually was truthful and made my goals seem more achievable. And for the nutrition side of things I loved how it was really easy to understand shout out to the diagrams- and the recipes were simple and really useful. I learnt a lot about my nutrition and how to keep my body healthy, and also like how what I’m feeling is relatable and just how to manage it on court.

  • Sam

How engaging it was for the players - they all learnt so much. The honest conversations from you both they really related with.

  • Katie

Discussions on understanding the emotion felt during games and coping mechanisms. Was great to have Teigan & Allie share their experiences with this.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, ready to grow, or looking to support someone you love, Air It Out is here for you.
