State Titles Pathway Clinic

We’re so excited to introduce the Air It Out State Titles Pathway Clinic!!!!!

Designed for athletes trialling for State Titles, working towards selection, already in squads, or wanting to take their game to the next level.

This clinic is all about movement, mindset and nutrition. Players will experience high-intensity netball sessions, specialist coaching, game scenarios and match play that simulate the demands of trials, selection and State Titles, while learning how to manage pressure and back themselves when it matters.

Across the two days, we’ll explore fuelling for performance, preparing your body and mind for high-intensity netball, responding to mistakes, performing under pressure and building habits that support you both on and off the court.

Spots are limited to ensure every athlete receives quality coaching, feedback and support throughout the experience.

This clinic is all about movement, mindset and nutrition. Players will go through high-intensity netball sessions, game scenarios and match-style challenges, while learning how to train their mindset, manage the demands of a big tournament weekend and stay ready to perform.

Across the clinic, we’ll explore what fuelling for performance really looks like, how to prepare your body and mind for multiple games, and the habits that can help you perform when the pressure is on

This is your chance to train like it’s State Titles, prepare like it’s State Titles, and experience what it takes to perform when it matters.

We’re so excited to introduce the Air It Out Netball Clinic, a two day experience designed for young athletes who want to grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and connect with others who love the game.

This clinic is all about mindset, movement and Nutrition. Across the two days, players will take part in skill based drills, game scenarios, and mindset sessions designed to help them elevate their performance both on and off the court.

Led by the Air It Out team, the clinic focuses on creating a supportive and energetic environment where players can develop, challenge themselves, and have plenty of fun along the way.

    My favourite part of the workshop was when we were looking over the different emotions we feel on the court and how we can overcome them.
